Tommy's Carwash

Scope: Commercial Construction | Framing & Finishes | Exterior ACM Panels | PVC Washable Interior Walls

For this project, we completed the interior and exterior build-out for a new Tommy’s Car Wash location in Midlothian, VA. Our work focused on delivering a durable, cleanable, and code-compliant building envelope and interior finish package designed to meet the demanding operational environment of a modern car wash facility.

The scope included full interior framing and insulation, installation of drywall and acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) systems, and the application of interior PVC washable wall panels throughout wet and high-maintenance areas. On the exterior, we installed ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels, providing a sleek, durable façade that aligns with Tommy’s national branding.

Key elements of the project included:

• Structural and interior framing for all wall assemblies and soffits

• Thermal insulation installation to ensure energy efficiency and moisture protection

• Drywall and ACT ceiling systems for office, mechanical, and service areas

• Exterior ACM panel installation, delivering a clean, modern look with long-lasting weather resistance
